Zastosowanie testowych prętów magnetycznych
Testowe pręty magnetyczne służą do sprawdzania, czy przepływ produktu jest wolny od metali żelaznych. Dzięki bardzo dużej sile magnetycznej, można wychwycić bardzo małe cząstki żelaza lub stali nierdzewnej.
Konstrukcja
Testowe pręty magnetyczne firmy Goudsmit to pręty magnetyczne z neodymu (Neoflux®), składające się z uchwytu i zamkniętej osłony ekstrakcyjnej ze stali nierdzewnej. Przyciągnięte części żelaza można łatwo usunąć, odciągając osłonę od pręta magnetycznego. W ten sposób części żelaza odpadną automatycznie. W zestawie solidny futerał do przechowywania.

Używając testowych prętów magnetycznych, można określić, czy produkt jest zanieczyszczony cząsteczkami ferromagnetycznymi (Fe). Testowe pręty magnetyczne przyciągają cząsteczki żelaza już o rozmiarach od 30 mikronów. Tak małe cząsteczki żelaza nie mogą zostać wykryte za pomocą detektora metalu.
