Goudsmit Magnetics acquires Lenoir-MEC

Goudsmit Magnetics Group has acquired Lenoir-MEC, a French specialist in magnetic solutions for recycling and lifting applications.

Based in France, with a subsidiary in Italy, Lenoir-MEC has extensive experience in magnetic technologies for metal recycling, waste treatment and mining, as well as lifting equipment for handling steel products. The company employs 52 people and has established a strong position in the French and Italian markets.

The acquisition brings together complementary technologies, expertise and market experience. By combining Lenoir-MEC’s established position in recycling and lifting applications with Goudsmit Magnetics’ international network and broad portfolio of magnetic solutions, we can support customers with an even wider range of technologies and services.
