The EasyClean Cleanflow magnetic separator combines powerful metal separation with fast and user-friendly cleaning. Thanks to its semi-automatic system, cleaning operations are greatly simplified. The operator only has to smoothly slide the bars outwards via a robust side guide, after which the magnetic bars clean themselves automatically.

The entire cleaning process and removal of iron contaminants is completed within 1 minute. Optionally, you can add a collector tray that catches any loose metal particles in a simple and controlled manner.

The magnetic separator is equipped with Ø52 mm magnetic bars that deliver an impressive 12,000 gauss on the contact surface. This ensures the effective removal of both ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic contaminants, even in high-capacity powder and granulate flows.

Designed specifically for gravity-fed and low pressure pipeline systems up to 2 bar, the Cleanflow magnetic separator is ideal for powders and granulates in sectors such as the food industry, chemicals, and bulk processing.
