Neodymium magnetic plates are extremely powerful, compact and lightweight. They are suitable for separation of ferrous contaminants from 30 µm to 3 mm. Completely stainless steel and watertight. Suitable for the food industry.

The cleaning tray has been specially developed for magnets suspended above the product flow, for easy and quick cleaning. The magnet pulls iron particles against the stainless steel cleaning tray. By pulling out this tray, you pull the iron parts off the magnet in one movement. Particularly in applications with relatively many or fine iron particles, this makes cleaning much easier and therefore faster. It is also a great advantage in places where:

• the magnet is difficult to reach;
• the cleaning is dangerous (due to the proximity of a conveyor belt);
• the metal parts themselves are dangerous; with sharp or dangerous parts (e.g. ammunition).
